By accessing our website and booking a tour with Andaman Saathi™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your tour package. We use secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) to process transactions. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any confirmed booking will be honored at the booked price.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are processed based on the timeframe of cancellation prior to the travel date. Specific cancellation policies apply to individual tour packages, ferry tickets, and hotel bookings as detailed during the booking process.

4. Liability

Andaman Saathi™ acts only as an agent for hotels, ferries, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle, vessel, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
