Travel Journey

Airport Welcome & Transfer to Ferry Terminal: Upon arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with a comfortable transfer to the ferry terminal for your onward island journey. 

  • Cruise to Havelock: Board a private cruise from Port Blair to Havelock Island, enjoying the scenic sea journey. 
  • Hotel Drop & Check-in: On arrival at Havelock, our representative will assist with a smooth transfer to your resort. Check in at your Havelock hotel and spend the evening at the property. 
  • Beachside Candlelight Dinner: End your day with a romantic candlelight dinner by the beach, surrounded by the soothing sound of waves and a stunning ocean backdrop. Enjoy a delicious meal under the stars, creating unforgettable memories with your loved one.
  • Arrive at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will then be taken to board a ferry to Havelock Island. 
  • Note: You have to arrive before 12:00 PM in the Andaman Islands to get transferred to Havelock Island on the same day. Cruise sailing is subject to weather conditions and government regulations.

  • Hotel Pickup: Start with a pickup from your hotel in Havelock and transfer to the boat terminal. 
  • Elephant Beach Trip: Enjoy a scenic boat ride to Elephant Beach, famous for its clear waters, coral reefs, and water activities. A complimentary snorkeling session is included. 
  • Complimentary Snorkelling: Experience the vibrant underwater world with a complimentary snorkelling session, exploring colorful corals and marine life (Snorkeling at Havelock Island depends upon the association guidelines - No refund for snorkeling if the trip does not take place because of weather conditions/govt guidelines) 
  • Return & Cruise to Port Blair: After the trip, return to Havelock jetty, check out from your hotel, and board a private cruise back to Port Blair. 
  • Hotel Drop at Port Blair: On arrival, transfer to your hotel in Port Blair for an overnight stay. Our representatives attends you at the jetty and drops you to your hotel.
  •  Note: Our team at Havelock will be available to assist you on the ground with any activities. 
  • Add-on Activities at Elephant Beach (On Direct Payment Basis) - Sea Walking, SemiSubmarine, Parasailing, Banana Ride, Sofa Ride, Sea Scooter.
  •  Complimentary snorkeling is included with the boat ticket and is valid only at Elephant Beach, as per the guidelines of the Havelock Island Boat Association. Please note that in the event of trip cancellation due to government restrictions or weather conditions, the snorkeling activity cannot be transferred or availed at any other island or location.

Do note that hotels have an early check-out time. Guest will need to keep their luggage in
the reception kiosk if your scheduled flight is in the afternoon. If you wish to visit any

  • Ferry Crossings: Inter-island cruise tickets for all scheduled transfers in premium/luxury class (Makruzz / Nautika / Green Ocean)
  • Meals: Complimentary daily breakfast at all hotels
  • Sightseeing & Entry: Entry tickets to Cellular Jail, beaches, and all sightseeing places mentioned in the itinerary
  • Complimentary Extras: Dedicated tour coordinator assistance, water sports assistance, and welcome drink upon arrival
  • Taxes: All applicable hotel, driver, and transport taxes

  • Airfare or train tickets to and from Port Blair
  • Lunch and Dinner (unless specified in meal plans)
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, and room service
  • Optional water sports (Scuba Diving, Sea Walk, Parasailing, etc
  • ) not mentioned in inclusions
  • Tour guide services (unless explicitly requested)
  • Any extra expenses due to flight cancellation, bad weather, or natural calamities

Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Cruise ticket cancellations are subject to the respective cruise liner's terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

  • Booking Amount: 70% of the total package cost is required to confirm the bookings.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 30% balance must be paid on or before arrival at Port Blair.
  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Cards.

Important Notes

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 9:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. All guests, including children, must carry valid original Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID) for entry. Boat rides and cruise schedules are subject to weather conditions and government approvals. In case of cancellations, alternative sightseeing will be arranged. High-speed internet connectivity is limited in many parts of Havelock and Neil Island; BSNL and Airtel offer the most stable networks.
